We’re a fast growing digital-first start-up, profitable and starting to make waves.

Launched by serial entrepreneur Duncan McClure Fisher in 2016, we have a dynamic, innovative culture, driven by a relentless pursuit to help the motorist take the time, money and hassle out of car ownership.

Product and data-led

Our 11-branded products, cover car protection (warranties, GAP insurance, alloy wheel insurance, breakdown etc), through to workshop bookings (MOTs, Repairs, Servicing). We also provide a range of partner-supported services, from cosmetic repair through to discounts at Halfords.

All products are delivered to customers through a digital garage, accessible via motoreasy.com. It’s where motorists can store and build records on their vehicles - from policy documents, to service worksheets and MOT records.

Through industry partnerships we’re white-labelling our platform to reach new swathes of car owners. Helping our partners increase their margins while all the time, better serving the motorist.

  • MotorEasy our B2C brand, a regular advertiser on TV and a digital platform focused on car ownership.
  • Warranty Assist is our B2B2C arm, selling car warranties via a network of some 2.5k car dealers.
  • Motokiki is our tyre comparison platform, allowing consumers to search for local fitters.
  • MotorAngel is our garage management and customer CRM platform, managing workshop bookings with some 10k nationwide outlets.

Role 1: Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager


Reporting to: The Chief Marketing Officer

Key areas of focus:

  • Managing the day-to-day tasks for the marketing team
  • Ensuring our acquisition channels generate optimum leads and sales, achieving ROI targets
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively recommend actions to build leads and conversion rate
  • Day to day liaison with Agencies across creative development, Paid Search, SEO, PR
  • Building our B2C and B2B brand profile and market share through ATL and online channels
  • Supporting the CMO and broader management across the Itelligent Motoring partnership programme
  • Supporting the CMO on web site product development and user experience.
  • Build positive Trustpilot and customer review scores
  • Bring new ideas, helping shape our future strategy and process for brand management, and customer acquisition and retention

Type of person

Creatively minded and ideas-driven, with 7+ years marketing experience, ideally with exposure to direct marketing, CRM, paid search and social media (organic and paid). Eager to get involved and share opinion, ready to spot trends in KPIs that necessitate action.  You’ll have a decent portfolio of campaigns that you’ve helped build, including digital display and conversion rate optimisation across the user journey.

Useful experience or exposure to platforms, such as:

  • Google Analytics
  • UX testing or conversion rate analytics

  • Social media monitoring / management,
  • CRM / email and text marketing (our platform is Active Campaign)
  • CMS / content publishing and marketing
  • Affiliate marketing/ Awin etc
  • Reviews platforms

ROLE 2: Marketing Assistant

Type of person

You're likely to be a recent graduate, keen to builkd a career in marketing. Enthusiastic and organised, you'll have an opinion on brands, advertising and media. You’ll have a “can-do” attitude, eager to contribute and quick to learn. 

You'll need strong written and communication skills - you'll be writing bags of copy for email marketing campaigns and partner promotions.
